Our story

Built where we live.
For doctors who trained us.

DhiDoc is not a product built in a Bangalore office for clinics it has never seen. It was built in Uttarakhand by people who watched their family doctors struggle with paper, miss follow-ups, lose lab reports — for years.

The clinic that started it.

In 2024, I watched a small clinic in Dehradun lose ₹8 lakhs over a year — entirely to broken systems. Missed follow-ups. Lab reports nobody picked up. Patients who did not return because they could not reach the clinic. A receptionist juggling 12 things and dropping 3 of them every hour.

The doctor was excellent. The clinic was busy. But the workflow was broken. So I asked him: "Why don't you use clinic software?"

He had tried 3 of them. All required him to type prescriptions on a tablet. He refused. After 20 years of writing on paper, learning to type fast enough to keep up with the queue felt impossible. So the software gathered dust. The clinic stayed on paper. The ₹8 lakhs kept leaking.

That is when DhiDoc became inevitable. A clinic OS that does not force doctors to change anything. The Photo Rx flow was the answer. Everything else followed.

Our promise: Every feature in DhiDoc must answer one question — does it save a real Uttarakhand clinic at least 30 minutes a week? If not, we do not build it.

What we believe

Three principles, no exceptions.

Doctors don't change. Software changes.

If your software requires the doctor to learn new behavior, the software has failed. We start with how doctors actually work and build around it.

Local before global.

We are building for Uttarakhand clinics first. Then Himachal, then UP. Not because we don't want global scale — because we want to actually understand the local problem first.

Honesty over hype.

We will not tell you DhiDoc will transform your clinic in a week. It takes 3 months for staff to internalize. We'll be honest about the curve.

The team

Small. Senior. Local.

DhiDoc is built by a small team in Uttarakhand. No layers, no PMs, no project managers between you and the people writing the code.
