- ✓ Add walk-in patient + immediate appointment

Day 4: Queue management

- ✓ Move patient to "in consult"
- ✓ Complete visit
- ✓ Handle out-of-order situations (VIP, emergency)
Day 5: Payment and closing
- ✓ Record UPI payment
- ✓ Record cash payment

Week 2: Independent operation
Receptionist runs the desk. Doctor or trainer available for questions but not intervening.
- ✓ Day 6-8: Independent operation, all questions answered in real-time
- ✓ Day 9-10: Independent operation, questions batched to end-of-day review
- ✓ Day 11-12: Full independence, only critical issues escalated
- ✓ Day 13-14: Confirm mastery, address any remaining gaps
